Not really evil this doesn't mean if you piss her off she won't go off in tongue lashings or attack you. She will and has a koreon woman temperment. Seemingly docile she is often underestimated but is more deadly and dangerous than seems. While a kind heart and soul she is highly misguided and sticks to the Death Eaters like glue but could be "saved" in time. It all depends on the cards dealt her. Intelligent with a mischievous streak she mastered the art of disguise using both mundane or physical means with an ability she awoke to in her seventh year.

She wore pants and guy clothes and this earned her the accusations of being a crossdresser. She wasn't they were just more comfortable. Over time she began to use disgusies and master them. She was fifteen when she was disowned and found by Voldermort. He saved her from some dark wizards. Due to the abandonment and oddly caring attention he gave her. The acceptance of her likes and dislikes she became misguided and loyally followed him. At seventeen her master of guise ability awoke fully and her ability to disguise herself grew tenfold.

Family Background (3 sentences minimum): Her parents were traditional Korean family. Old world beliefs and purebloods with a disdain for anything less than purity. They also weren't too fond of Anzi due to the fact she rebelled against their cultures and refused to dress like a lady all the time.
